Rummy Makers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Pakistan-based studio that develops skill-based, entertainment-only mobile games and companion apps. We do not operate real-money gambling products. Any payment features are added only where permitted by law and platform policies and never for real-money gambling.

- App telemetry (if you use our apps): gameplay events, crash logs, performance metrics (FPS, memory, battery), locale.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data. Please avoid sending sensitive information in free-text fields.
3) How We Use Information

For client projects, we process data solely on the client’s instructions and the client’s privacy policy applies. We can sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) upon request.
8) International Transfers
Data may be processed outside Pakistan. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) and assess vendor security.
9) Data Retention
- Website enquiries: up to 24 months after the last interaction (or sooner at your request).
- App telemetry & logs: up to 12 months for debugging and security.
- Contracts, invoices, and compliance records: retained as required by law.
When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data.
10) Security
We use industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, audit logs, and regular updates. No method is 100% secure, but we act promptly and transparently on incidents.
11) Your Rights & Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct or delete your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent (for future processing where consent was the basis).
